Media use. It covers so many topics, so many purpose and even more methods. Everyone in the world has access to media and the uses vary with the location that it is upon. While some of them may carry important groundbreaking messages, some are irrelevant, small and sometimes just downright petty. But in spite of this in no way do I think that using media for these small bits of information is in anyway less useful. Twitter thrives on the people that cram the Internet with unnecessary bits of information and hardly anyone can argue that the majority of tweets posted online are things breaking any scientific grounds. On the other hand people don’t want heavy, serious subjects all the time so these kinds of media provides a fresh break from the heavy reality. This doesn’t just apply to social media as proven by the endless list of blockbuster comedies, parody films and other things that is just meant for harmless fun. With different kinds of medium come different purposes of media use. Social media is generally one for one’s amusement and entertainment, to share events or memories with friends, or just to express themselves as they please. The television shows anything from the latest news to the trendiest reality show on broadcast. It is one of the more influential media, which arguably could be the reason why many companies would spend thousands of dollars towards creating TV ads to attract new customers or promote themselves even more. Since media use is getting more and more essential and important in this generation, corporate companies are coming up with more and more ways to exploit and work this fact so they can squeeze out any advantage for themselves. Media is bursting to the core with information and bursting people’s minds along with it.

Nevertheless, people are continuing to use media in everyday life and this act is steadily increasing each day with more and more places becoming more media available and the growing connectivity around the world. Media use itself serves plenty of purpose and anyone can find anything to fit their needs with just a couple of simple effortless steps. This amazing range that the media offers is just one of the prominent reasons why media use would still continue to rapidly expand with even more creative methods of sending its messages.

TransdisciplinaryIn practice, transdisciplinary can be thought of as the union of all interdisciplinary efforts.
